Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. You must be authorized to use the contact data you upload and to send the communications you configure.

Acceptable use

Use Reactivate lawfully. Don't send spam, violate telemarketing or messaging laws, upload others' data without a lawful basis, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to call, text, or email your contacts in your jurisdiction.

Plans, trials & billing

Paid plans (Solo, Team, Agency) are billed monthly in advance. Free trials require no card and convert to a paid plan only if you choose one.

You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You own your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Availability & liability

We work hard to keep Reactivate available but provide it 'as is' without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
