Data Processing Addendum

Roles

For the contact data you bring into Reactivate, you are the data controller and we are the data processor. We process that data only to provide the service and only on your documented instructions.

Scope of processing

We process the categories of data you choose to store, such as contact names, phone numbers, emails, conversation transcripts, and lifecycle activity, for the purpose of running your agents, CRM, meetings, campaigns, and reports.

Security and confidentiality

We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation, and we require our staff and providers to keep data confidential.

We notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data.

Subprocessors

We use vetted subprocessors to deliver the service and remain responsible for their compliance. The current list is published on our Subprocessors page, and we give notice of material changes.

Your rights and data return

We help you respond to data-subject requests and, on request, return or delete the personal data we process for you when our service ends, unless the law requires us to retain it.
