To deliver Reactivate we rely on a small set of trusted providers, grouped by role below. Each one processes only the data needed for its role, under contract. A detailed list naming each provider is available to customers on request.
Infrastructure and database
Our infrastructure, database, authentication, and file-storage providers run the application and store your data securely.
AI and conversation
Our AI providers power the assistant that drafts replies, notes, and summaries. A voice provider powers voice agents, and a speech-to-text provider transcribes recorded meetings.
Communications
A telephony provider supplies phone numbers and SMS, and an email provider delivers transactional and follow-up email.
Payments
Our payment processor handles billing and card details. Reactivate never stores full card numbers.
Changes
We keep this list current and give notice of material changes so you can review any new provider before it takes effect.
