Your database is your business, so we treat its protection as a first-class feature. Here is how we keep your data safe.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers. Secrets and API keys are stored securely and never exposed in the browser.
Tenant isolation
Every workspace is isolated at the database level with row-level security, so one account can never read another account's data. Agency client sub-workspaces are isolated from each other and from the parent.
Access controls
Access to production is limited to authorized staff on a need-to-know basis. Team accounts support per-seat access so you control who sees what.
Reliability and backups
Your data is backed up by our managed database provider, and we monitor the platform for availability and performance.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security issue, please email contact@leadsmatic.com with the details. We investigate every report and appreciate responsible disclosure.
