Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. You can explore the full product before you pay, so most questions are answered before any charge happens.

Billing and cancellation

Paid plans bill monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Because you are billed for a period you have already started, monthly fees are generally non-refundable.

When we do issue refunds

If you were charged in error, or a technical fault on our side stopped you from using the service, contact us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

We also honor any refund rights required by the law that applies to you.
